Arrival to campus for dorm residents
between the hours of 8:00-20:00 ONLY
Thursday, October 20:
Orientation for all international students. Attendance is required. This session will take place from 10:00-12:00 at the Hatter Student Building, 1st Floor Auditorium.

Haifa Tour - come meet your home for the next year! Registration is required at the following link.
We are very excited to welcome you to the University of Haifa International School.
We have prepared for you a Pre-Arrival Information Kit with all the information you will need before and during your time in Haifa!

All international students must hold a valid student visa during their studies in Israel. Please, fill in and sign the following Student Declaration form, for us to send you the required documents to bring with you to the Embassy.
Admission to our programs is made on a rolling basis, therefore if you still didn't save your spot in the program, please confirm your intent to begin your studies this coming year in the following form.

You will receive regular updates here from the International School throughout the academic year.
Please schedule a meeting with Netta for after your arrival to Haifa
In the meeting, you will receive your Student ID + Rav-Kav Letter
Please bring to the meeting the original hard copies of your transcripts and Diploma.
Without presenting your original documents by the end of the first semester, you will not be able to register for the second semester classes.
We offer various on-campus housing options to our international students. If you are interested in on-campus dormitories, the reservation can be made on availability basis.

If you have previous learning accommodations, and need them during your Master's studies, please, contact Netta to start the approval process before the beginning of the academic year.
The University will be closed on the following dates:
Rosh Hashana - September 25-27
Yom Kippur - October 4-6
Sukkot - October 9-17
The University will resume normal operations on Tuesday, October 18.
In order for us to start processing your insurance policy, please fill the following form. Please note that the policy start date will be October 18th. If you need other arrangement, please contact Victoria.

To issue the student card is extremely important for you life as a student at Haifa. In order to begin the process, please fill in the form with your details and the card will be waiting for you at the International School offices after your arrival.
The tuition for the upcoming 2022-2023 academic year is: $10,600 + $283 for service fees*. It is important that you place your first deposit payment to save the spot at the program and get access to our Learning platforms. If you didn't receive the official payment statement, contact the Admission team immediately.
*NOT including health insurance costs.
